Townhouse was created to transform the nail salon experience, combining premium design, flawless treatments and seamless operations with the infrastructure needed to scale. Every part of the business has been purpose-built to deliver quality and consistency at speed.
Today, we operate over 40 award-winning company-owned salons in the UK and US, with flagship sites in London, New York and Los Angeles. On the franchising side, we’ve partnered with some of Europe’s largest and most respected franchise operators, including Dominos, Starbucks, Anytime Fitness and Regus, with 83 minimum sites committed across four partners. We’re now bringing that model to the US.

Townhouse was founded by Juanita Huber-Millet following a 14-year career in fashion, design and beauty. She set out to create a scalable, premium salon model that simply didn’t exist. Since then, every part of the business, from client experience to franchise operations, has been rigorously designed, tested and refined.
