Talented Italian chefs with a passion for perfection handmake all our gelato and sorbetto flavours, using artisan techniques and the finest ingredients – starting with organic Jersey milk and cream. So far, we’ve won 40 Great Taste awards and counting. When we were crowned Great Taste Supreme Champion for our raspberry sorbetto, becoming the UK’s number one product.

Staying true to our belief in creating the ultimate in quality gelato flavours. Our innovative menus have evolved and expanded to create a four-seasons experience that keeps our happy customers coming back for more all year round.

Having built our reputation in the UK over the years we are now being recognised further afield. With our central production unit, we can transport semi-finished products to all corners of the world. 2020 and 2022 saw our opening of international franchises in Jeddah’s Mall of Arabia, Saudi Arabia and Doha Airport, Qatar. These launches demonstrate the potential reach of the Snowflake brand and the capabilities of operation to send our product worldwide.

They are just the start of our forecasted international expansion. Over 75 Snowflake boutiques by 2028.

Over the next five years we will also increase our franchised sites – from two to 53 in the UK, and internationally to 100 sites across 15 countries.
