What we offer our Franchise Partners:

  • Leasing and Development: manages site selection, lease negotiations including new site and renewals as well as building and maintaining relationships with landlords
  • Store Design and Construction: manages new store design, refurbishing existing stores, liaising with landlord architects in achieving final designs, tendering of store fitout and producing a store cost budget. Sourcing and appointing suppliers and contractors to carry out works and project managing all fit-outs, store construction and equipment procurement
  • Comprehensive initial and ongoing training: provided in relevant areas of business and operations.
  • Operations: support in several key areas to drive efficiencies: labour management, rota systems, maintaining cost of goods (COGS) and business plan preparation.
  • Product: product development, innovation and sourcing and supply of products ensuring that our food offering is continuously evolving and keeping up with key market place trends
