Inspired by the hippie movement, Flower Burger offers a dining experience open to everyone in a fun and relaxing environment.
Our goal is to bring a year-long summer atmosphere in all our locations with passion and love. An inclusive, universal, colourful and playful love that spreads as music and brings cheer.
Our ultimate goal is to make the Flower Burger family an international lifestyle brand and a community of people that share our values in the respect of the environment.
We plan to reach this goal by developing a hybrid system of direct openings, international joint ventures and franchising agreements. We are looking to enter the US market in 2022.
In all our stores we serve 6 burgers plus 1 special edition burger every 3 months.
The buns range from the turmeric’s vivid yellow colour, to the violet tones of the cherry and the purple of black carrot extract. Burgers are paired with potato wedges, edamame or patatas bravas.
Finally, guests have also the choice to end their meals in the sweetest way with our selection of delicious vegan desserts
We are the creators of the Rainbow Vegan Burgers! Our distinctive elements are:
- Instagrammable, colourful and tasty product
- Locations with coloured wallpaper and psychedelic lighting
- Welcoming and smiling staff
- Fun experience without any constraints and moralization
- Internal production of buns, patties and sauces 100% from vegetable origin and total absence of chemical preservatives
- Selection of ingredients according to qualitative standards and sustainability criteria
- Use of biodegradable and compostable materials
Featuring a cozy and friendly atmosphere, the interiors host kaleidoscopic graphics from the clubbing world mixed with hippy-like images such as the Beatles’ iconic yellow submarine and decorated elephants. Natural wood elements complete the rest of the colourful furniture.
Based on our experience, we identified 3 different types of store dimensions:
Small: 70 — 90 m²
Medium: 90 — 120 m²
Large: 120 — 150 m²
The total revenues of the brand Flower Burger have been growing constantly from year to year from the first opening at the end of 2015. We have experienced a tough 2020 because of the Covid-19 pandemic. Despite this, we plan a substantial increase in 2021 due to various new openings.
2019 – €4.6M
2020 – €3.8M
2021 – €7.0M (forecast)
