Role of the franchisee

Initially, an owner-operator of the franchise will typically perform the services themselves or hire a small number of part-time Pet Care Providers to perform all of the dog walking and pet sitting assignments.

As the business grows, and as you build your client base, more part-time employees will be necessary. As part-time employees, you only pay them for the time they actually perform the pet care assignments. During training, we teach you how to recruit, train and motivate your team.
