Our international team boasts over 20 people dedicated to supporting the global franchise system. We also leverage the expertise of our 500 person Restaurant Support Center. Team members stationed in key international markets including the UK, Singapore, Taiwan and China.
Over 50% of our franchise partners have been in the franchise system for more than 15 years.
Despite COVID challenges, Chili’s results exceeded expectations. Chili’s outperformed the casual
dining industry in both sales (+8.8%%) and customer counts (+15.5%). We opened 17 new restaurants (10 US and 2 International) and 1000+ owned and operated It’s Just Wings virtual brand locations.
